The permit

What it actually is.

A limited stay permit tied to one employer and one role. The company sponsors it, an approved RPTKA (foreign worker utilisation plan) justifies the hire, and a monthly DPKK levy runs alongside it for the life of the permit, paid by the employer. Twelve months at a time, renewable up to five times before a fresh application is needed.
