Performer Visa (C7A/C7B)
The permit for foreign musicians, DJs, and touring crew. A single ticketed set counts as work, and a tourist visa does not cover it.

What it actually is.
The visa foreign performers actually need to work in Indonesia, even for a single ticketed appearance. Indonesian immigration treats any paid or ticketed performance as work, which is why touring artists get deported off tourist visas more often than any other category. C7A is for the performer themselves; C7B covers the touring crew supporting them, including tour managers, sound engineers, lighting, and stage staff.

It lets you
Perform legally at the venues and events named in the application
Receive appearance fees, royalties, or performance income tied to the sponsored engagement
Bring accompanying crew under C7B on the same engagement rather than filing separately per person
It does not let you
Perform outside the venues, dates, or events approved in the application
Undertake other work in Indonesia during the visa’s validity
Substitute for a KITAS on longer-term or open-ended residency
