What it actually is.
Indonesia’s investment-residency programme, structured as several sub-routes under the E28 family. Individual applicants qualify by establishing a PT PMA with a minimum capital placement. Corporate routes cover directors and representatives of companies meeting an audited turnover test. Duration is five or ten years depending on the amount committed, and there is no age requirement. Built for people moving real capital rather than relocating a lifestyle.
Individual investors establishing a PT PMA with capital of USD 2.5 million for five years or USD 5 million for ten
